In this role, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support team development, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional dining experiences in our one-of-a-kind mountaintop setting.  Your Responsibilities  Assist the F&B Manager in daily operations of all dining venues, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.  Supervise and train F&B team members to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all outlets.  Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to guarantee a memorable experience.  Collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement promotions, menu updates, and operational improvements.  Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue tracking.  Support special events and seasonal programs as needed.  QualificationsWhat You Need  Previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role.  Serv-Safe Manager Certification  Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.  Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.  Willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification  TABC certification required  Perks of Working with Us  Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.  Complimentary admission to Anakeesta and team discounts.  Fun, collaborative, and scenic work environment.  Professional development and cross-training opportunities.  About Us  Anakeesta is a mountaintop adventure park in Gatlinburg, TN, offering unique outdoor experiences, dining, and entertainment in a stunning natural setting.
