Job DetailsJob Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738Salary Range: $16.00Food & Beverage Attendant  Job Summary  Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From quick bites to sweet treats, you’ll deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment across our park’s dining locations.  Your Responsibilities  Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.  Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.  Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.  Restock food, beverage, and supply items as needed throughout the shift.  Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.  Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.  Support other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned.  QualificationsWhat You Need  Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.  Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.  Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.  Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification. Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.
