Job DetailsJob Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738Salary Range: $16.00Food & Beverage Stocker Job Summary Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Stocker, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our food and beverage operations by ensuring ingredients, supplies, and prepared items are organized, stocked, and ready for our dining venues. You’ll help maintain the efficiency, safety, and cleanliness of the commissary while supporting kitchen and F&B teams. Your Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming food and beverage supplies. Prepare and portion ingredients for use in dining outlets. Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies. Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations. Assist in preparing prepped items for daily service across multiple dining locations. Rotate stock according to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles. Operate equipment safely, including mixers, slicers, and refrigeration units. Support kitchen and F&B staff with special orders or event preparation. Follow all sanitation, food safety, and safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth commissary operations. QualificationsWhat You Need Previous food service, kitchen, or inventory experience preferred. Knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in hot or refrigerated environments. Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Physical Requirements Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary. Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs. Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed. Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
