As a Photography Sales Associate, you’ll create, sell, and share unforgettable moments through dynamic guest interaction and engaging photo services. Work in the heart of the Smoky Mountains with breathtaking views and a supportive team while developing valuable skills in hospitality, tourism, and retail. Your Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and direct them to photo capture locations. Pose guests and help stage fun, scenic photos. Operate digital photography equipment and maintain camera systems. Use the Photo POS system for printing, sorting, packaging, and selling photos. Learn and apply sales techniques to upsell photo packages. Proactively engage with guests of all ages and personalities. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on creating lasting memories. Handle guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and sales station. Safely manage and care for photography equipment. Assist with stocking, prepping, and closing procedures. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsWhat You Need Outgoing, energetic personality and ability to initiate conversations. Customer service or sales experience preferred. Confidence interacting with large groups and individuals. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Photography experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you! Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to push, pull, kneel, stoop, climb, crouch, and stand or walk for extended periods. Comfortable navigating uneven or inclined terrain outdoors.
