Cherokee Grill is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gatlinburg, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who knows how to build strong teams, create memorable guest experiences, and drive results in a high-volume restaurant environment.

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the restaurant-from developing talented team members and elevating service standards to managing daily operations and helping achieve financial goals. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Lead from the front and set the standard for exceptional hospitality, service, and teamwork.
• Create an inviting experience that keeps guests coming back and builds lasting guest loyalty.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop talented Front of House and Back of House team members.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to making things right.
• Drive restaurant performance by helping achieve sales, budget, labor, food cost, and profitability goals.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant execution.
• Support local marketing and community involvement initiatives that strengthen the restaurant's connection to Gatlinburg.
• Promote a safe workplace by identifying concerns and taking action to protect both guests and team members.
• Ensure payroll, purchasing, deposits, employment paperwork, and other administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Casual, Upscale Casual, or Fine Dining.
• A natural leader with energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Someone who enjoys developing people and building teams that perform at a high level.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding food, service, and guest experiences every day.
