- Greet all guests with smile and sincere welcome. Engage in friendly conversation to cultivate
repeat business. Share information about daily entertainment and upcoming events. - Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, verifying accuracy and presentation. Carry large trays
of food through crowded areas and on stairs and operate a tray jack in public spaces. - Continually bus tables throughout the shift. Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest
departure. - Remain present in dining areas during shift to support guest needs. Respond to concerns and
resolve issues with a professional, positive attitude. - Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and
personal appearance. - Clean up spills, moisture, and debris immediately; use caution signs as needed. Properly dispose
of all waste and recyclables. - Maintain clean and orderly food service environment during and after service. Follow sanitation
procedures in both public areas and back of house. Report damage or safety concerns to
management. - Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties.
- Comply with all company issued steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security
procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to
management. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Speak, hear, and use non-verbal cues to communicate with guests. Stand and walk for extended periods, while carrying items. Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and frequently sit, kneel, bend, and reach to move goods. Manual dexterity for tasks such as using a computer and handling dishes.
