Job DetailsJob Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00 HourlyAnakeesta is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Zipline Manager. Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Anakeesta offers a unique outdoor adventure experience that includes ziplines, observation towers, walking trails, and more. The Assistant Zipline Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our zipline attractions, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading our zipline staff.  Key Responsibilities:  Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the zipline attraction, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Address any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.  Staff Management: Lead the hiring, training, and scheduling of zipline staff. Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure high standards of safety and customer service.  Safety Compliance: Act as a role model in enforcing and adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures. Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to identify and rectify potential hazards.  Guest Experience: Ensure guests have an unforgettable and safe zipline experience. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.  Team Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Motivate and support team members to achieve personal and group goals. Address staff performance issues in a constructive manner.  Operational Efficiency: Assist in developing strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising safety or guest satisfaction.
