Job Description

First impressions matter- and yours sets the tone. As a Host/Hostess, every guest you welcome is the beginning of an exceptional dining experience. From warm greetings to smooth seating transitions, you play a key role in creating a positive, memorable visit. At Westgate Resorts, your genuine hospitality leads the way.

Duties:

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
• Keep dining areas clean and set.
• Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.

Qualifications

• ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
