Responsibilities include career counseling, direct client services, case management, resource networking, information and referral, crisis intervention, public relations, needs assessments, and group facilitation. This position may require supervision of staff or interns and requires compliance with State of Minnesota neglect/abuse reporting procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Coordinate the delivery of employment programs within the assigned service area, including understanding and implementing program rules and regulations, maintaining program budgets, and preparing reports to meet expected performance measures and service levels. Provide case management services to help individuals establish, pursue, and maintain their employment goals. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, co-workers, Workforce Center partners, human services agencies, and other service providers.
