What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with products and merchandise Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms, counters, and pumps Monitor fuel pump areas to ensure a safe and orderly environment Follow company procedures for opening, closing, and shift change Report any safety or security concerns to management What You Bring: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Prior retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic math and computer skills What We Offer: 401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%) Comprehensive health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Weekly Pay Paid Vacation, within 6 months Paid Holidays, eligible Day 1 Short-term Disability Life Insurance, both company-paid and voluntary Paid Uniforms Employee discounts on tires and mechanical services.
