As a Process Safety and Risk Management Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) programs. This role helps ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, reduces process safety risks, and strengthens alignment across Environmental, Health & Safety (HSE), Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance functions. The position plays a key role in identifying program gaps, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the execution of critical process safety responsibilities.
In this role, you will contribute to the organization's success by developing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive PSM programs that align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company expectations, with a strong emphasis on safe work practices. Through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement, you will help integrate HSE and PSM principles into business processes, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting PSM implementation efforts across site locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence while reinforcing the organization's commitment to safety, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
You will work out of our Geismar, LA facility and report to the Sr HSE Manager.
