As an I&E Technician here at Solstice, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation & electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will enhance productivity and support high-quality product delivery. You will report directly to our Instrument & Electrical Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Giesmar, LA location on an On-Site work schedule.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Responsible for maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of all instrument and electrical equipment in the plant. Â
- Duties also include completion of all regulatory PM’s in accordance with plant procedures.Â
- Also be a contributor to continuous improvement ideas within the I/E department. Â
- SAP knowledge would be a plus. Â
- Good communication skills required. Â
- Ability to handle multiple tasks as well as being able to work well with other departments within the plant site required.Â
- PLC and VFD experience would be valuable.Â
- Combustion chamber trouble-shooting a plus as well.Â
