Earn Up to $29.55/Hour

Base Pay: $17.80/hour
Saturday and Sunday Hours Paid at 1.5x: $26.70/hour
+ $0.65 Shift Differential
+ $2.20 COLA

Total Hourly Rate: $29.55/hour

You get paid for 36 hours
You receive full benefits

Weekend Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday
• 12-hour shifts

• 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• OR 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM

Consistent schedule. Higher pay. More weekdays off.

Important Availability Details

To set you up for success:

• Training takes place Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts.
• Additional Friday or Monday shifts will be required based on operational needs.
• Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled.

This ensures strong team coverage and keeps weekend pay structure in place.

What You’ll Do

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Perform quality checks and minor adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Accurately record production data
• Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
• Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environments
• Basic computer and math skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed

The Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a Dry Application Facility, we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries. We operate six days per week and are proud to support our community through organizations like The Salvation Army."
