Pella is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to join the Chicago operations leadership team. The Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for supervising the order fulfillment and customer support processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through order fulfillment, may include project coordination, service coordination, warehouse and delivery functions. Responsible for assisting in the identification, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction, company profitability and market share growth.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing a customer service or order fulfillment team.  This is a full-time hybrid role that works 3 days at our Geneva IL office and up to 2 days remotely.

The targeted salary range for this role is $66,000 - $80,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Â
