Position: Full-Time Plumber
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay Range: $28.41 - $32.66/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and/or department supervisor, the Plumber provides professional plumbing services and facility support to ensure safe and reliable operations throughout Finger Lakes Health facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation work
- Provide support for facility operations and building systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues
- Follow safety procedures, policies, and established standards
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with staff, patients, and visitors
- Complete work assignments efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required License:
- Valid New York State Driver’s License with driving record consistent with Finger Lakes Health policy
Required Certifications (Minimum):
- EPA Certified in Refrigerant Recovery
- Journeyman or Master Plumber Certification
- Medical Gas Certification
- 1st Class or 2nd Class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer)
Experience:
- Minimum: 1–2 years of building operations and maintenance experience with professional certification
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a professional trade setting
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
