Physical Therapist

Atlas Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to serve as the consulting PT for two group home locations in Geneva, Ohio. This is a flexible, low-stress role perfect for a therapist who enjoys personalized care in a residential setting.

What You'll Do:
•Perform evaluations for new admissions, changes in condition, and ongoing functional needs
•Provide equipment recommendations and assess safety within the home
•Address staff-identified concerns with timely, supportive clinical insight
•Collaborate with caregivers, vendors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of life
•Offer expert guidance and recommendations that promote mobility, independence, and comfort
