As part of our Production team, a Facilities Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our buildings are secure, safe, clean, sanitized, and organized so that we sustain a positive work environment for all of our employees and guests.  What you’ll be responsible for:  Ensure that the facility is adequately stocked in terms of cleaning supplies, kitchen needs and other general office items.  Keep walkways, corridors and common areas clear of debris or received goods. Organize and coordinate mail & package deliveries.  Ensure offices and meeting rooms are adequately stocked and ready for use and visitors.  Coordinate and assist event setup and teardown including weekly lunches.  Parking lot & grounds maintenance.  Ensure all farm units, bathrooms and trash receptacles are cleaned. Ensure fire exits are not blocked by debris or equipment and ensure an overall safe work environment.  Periodic trips to suppliers for pick ups of materials.   Periodic plant transfers between sites in non-cdl trucks. Periodic filter change for office HVAC systems, Air Scrubbers and drinking water systems. Understand, implement, and enforce food safety policies, including worker hygiene, sanitation, and maintaining proper documentation. Oversee special projects, site repairs and ad hoc requests as needed. What We Look for in a Facilities Associate: HS Diploma or GED.  Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
