Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about compliance, customer satisfaction, and mentoring future leaders. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience while maximizing profitability through smart deal structuring and strategic presentation of protection products.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Contract and deliver new business with protection products, presenting with confidence and transparency
  • Maximize finance income and product penetration on every transaction
  • Verify all paperwork for cash, finance, and lease transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Secure all necessary funds at the time of closing
  • Obtain timely bank approvals for financed and leased deals
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of lease structures and financing programs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with lenders and monitor available rate programs and incentives
  • Present and sell vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products
  • Process cancellations (service contracts, GAP, ancillary products) accurately and promptly


Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven success in automotive dealership finance
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, compliance standards, and F&I products
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed PVR goals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills
