Job Summary

We’re looking for a positive, energetic Barista to join the Sweet Lemon Kitchen team! In this role, you’ll craft delicious coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Barista or food service experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends
• Must be 18 or older
