Our Crew Members are responsible for construction of tiny homes, cottages and vacation villas built in our factory. All aspects from framing to finishing and all of the trades in between are completed in-house. You will be responsible for assisting in the layout, installation, construction and finishing various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, measuring, cutting and installing materials according to a client's requirements. You will operate and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker.

Typical Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design plans and sales orders.
- Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
- Work collaboratively with various specialized trades to meet production goals and objectives.
- Conduct installation of frame, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
- Ability to assess the quality of work and materials and make corrections.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Prep work zones by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training.
- Provide regular and reliable attendance.

- Any trade based experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read a blueprints, house plans and sales orders
