At Sport Clips Haircuts, creativity fuels our brand—and strong operations make that creativity scalable. We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our internal creative engine, ensuring our work moves seamlessly from brief to activation while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency across the system.

This role is critical to powering our Brand-Led Campaign Engine and supporting all internal creative project requests. You’ll design, implement, and optimize the systems, workflows, and tools that allow our creative teams to do their best work—on time, on budget, and on brand.

This is a hybrid role based in Georgetown, TX, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, the Creative Operations Manager partners closely with Brand Marketing, Franchise Partners, Internal Stakeholders, Media, Digital, Social, CRM, Field Marketing, and Operations to ensure creative execution is efficient and aligned with business priorities.

You will:

  • Own and optimize creative workflows and project management systems
  • Govern phase-gate processes from intake through delivery
  • Manage creative project intake and prioritize work based on business impact
  • Lead resource allocation and capacity planning across designers, copywriters, video, and motion teams
  • Align timelines and expectations across stakeholders and channel teams
  • Coordinate production and oversee day-to-day project execution
  • Lead vendor management, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, scope control, and performance evaluation for agencies, freelancers, production partners, and print vendors
  • Ensure brand standards and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Track budgets, manage spend, and forecast costs for owned projects
  • Oversee DAM governance and asset library management
  • Report on creative performance metrics and operational efficiency
This role ensures all creative work—campaigns, evergreen assets, partnerships, social, CRM, internal initiatives, and field marketing—is delivered efficiently and consistently across the Sport Clips system.

What You Bring

Functional Expertise

  • 6+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or internal agency management
  • Proven experience leading workflow systems for high-volume creative teams
  • Deep understanding of the full campaign lifecycle across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Experience managing creative resourcing across multiple disciplines
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and asset governance (Ansira preferred)
  • Experience tracking budgets and managing external production and creative vendors
  • Experience in franchise, QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Firefly capabilities is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
