What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
- Load, transport, and unload materials while adhering to safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain clean equipment and promptly report maintenance or operational concerns.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate dump truck equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete documentation, and follow established procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated individual capable of adapting to changing job site and delivery requirements.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- Average weekly pay of $1,000
- Minimum weekly guarantee of $900
