Job Summary

Pegatron Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Information Technology Services Engineer to support our operations team. The role focuses on:

Maintaining IT SFIS systems
Managing and maintaining the server room
Ensuring network stability and security

Key Responsibilities

Maintain SFIS services, including process oversight and device troubleshooting
Oversee IT equipment, including networks, servers, and server room facilities
Manage network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ISP circuit troubleshooting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
Strong verbal and writing communication skills
Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred
3 years of experience in OA maintenance
3 years of experience in basic network maintenance skills
3 years of experience in Server maintenance experience

Skills & Competencies

System Administration: Windows, Linux, macOS environment
Network Management: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VPN. Routing. Switching
Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Goggle Cloud (deployment, monitoring, identify management)
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
Security Fundamentals: Firewalls, endpoint protection, identity access management, MFA
IT Service Management: Incident, problem, and change management
Hardware support: Servers, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices
Software Deployment & Patch Management: SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar tools
Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python (basic to intermediate)
Monitoring & Diagnostic: Tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog, Splunk
Backup & Recovery: Disaster recovery planning, backup systems. Data retention policies
