NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is seeking a passionate, people-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join its growing team in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations and present customized orthodontic treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Process insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
- Drive case acceptance by building trust and rapport with patients and guardians
- Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software
Requirements:
- Prior experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and treatment procedures
- Experience with dental practice management softwareÂ
- Excellent communication, presentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to discuss financial arrangements and payment plans with confidence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care
