About the Role:

NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a passionate and people-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team in Georgetown, TX! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face that guides new and existing patients through their orthodontic journey — from initial consultation to treatment acceptance. Responsibilities:

Conduct new patient consultations and present personalized treatment plans clearly and confidently
Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case starts to ensure a seamless experience
Manage financial agreements, insurance verification, and payment plan discussions
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in practice management software
Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical staff to support case progression
Follow up with prospective patients to maximize treatment acceptance rates

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental/orthodontic office setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate manner
Familiarity with dental or orthodontic practice management software (e.g., Dolphin, Orthotrac)
Experience with dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care
