POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Location: Leander, TX and surrounding areas
Compensation: $17–$23/hr (W-2 Position)

The Schedule
You start early and finish early. Most days you’re home by early afternoon while everyone else is still grinding in the peak heat.
- Full-Time: Approx. 35–40 hrs/week (Typically 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
What This Job Actually Looks Like
You’ll run a consistent residential route across Leander and surrounding areas (roughly 12 pools/day for full-time). At each stop, you’ll execute a complete service: skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, balance water chemistry, check equipment, and log your work.
This is highly independent work. We provide everything—company truck, tools, and chemicals. You just pick up the truck at our Leander location each morning and head out. Over time, customers get to know and trust you. That continuity is what makes Aqua Pearl different.
You Might Be a Good Fit If:
- Experience: You do or don't have pool experience—we provide fully paid training.
- Background: You’ve successfully worked independently in commercial cleaning, lawn care, irrigation, pest control, delivery, or military backgrounds. Role that required you to manage your own workload independently with pride could do well in this job
- Grit: The Texas summer heat doesn't scare you...'cmon, it's just Tuesday.
- Personality: You’re comfortable with brief, professional interactions with homeowners.
