Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Production Engineering – WTA Region 1 – Final Assembly Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Final Assembly Manager.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support project planning and management through leading special projects, studies and standardization as an equipment install and construction subject matter expert.
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Final Assembly Production Engineering department's objective to reduce fixed cost through projects focused on value engineering and standardization.

Improving standardization
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Engineering Technology or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience with equipment installation in a manufacturing environment
OSHA 10 certification
Toyota Equipment Install and/or Construction Experience for a PE shop
Toyota Project Planning Process experience, including Requisitions/PO, Design Review, VTO, Install and handover
Toyota Project Management using Technology such as MS Project, PEPS or similar
Vendor specification evaluation experience, including cost reduction proposals to support budget management
Added bonus if you have
Conveyor experience, including design, programming and installation
Ringi Creation through Approval
TBP completion through panel
OSHA 30 certification
Robot Programming/Install Experience
Electrical experience, including the ability to read and internet drawings and specs
