Punch Out Technician

Join the McCrea Team as a Punch Out Technician and play a vital role in our HVAC installation projects. 

We are seeking experienced individuals skilled in HVAC maintenance and installation. Key responsibilities include repairing refrigerant line sets, installing PVC drainage systems, setting up flues, and delivering HVAC materials and equipment. A clean driving record, passing a criminal background check, and drug screening are required.

Duties:

• Perform repairs on refrigerant linesets.
• Install andmaintainPVC drainage systems.
• Set up and secure flues for HVAC systems to ensure safe and efficient venting of exhaust gases.
• Transport and deliver HVAC materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Completeadditionaldutiesasassigned to supportproject completion.
• Install registers and grills to ensure efficient airflow.
• Modify and alter duct work as necessary foroptimalsystem performance.
• Install fresh air hoods to enhance indoor air quality.
• Fulfilladditionalduties as assigned to support project completion.

Requirements:

• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds safely.
• Comfortable working on sometimes uneven surfaces and in varying hot/cold conditions.
• Excellent mobility and ability to handle sharp objects safely.
• Punctuality andexcellentattendancerecordare essential.
• This role requiresattention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
