Are you a master of organization with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Records Technician to play a key role in maintaining accurate patient records, safeguarding confidentiality, and supporting our warm, patient-centered office environment.

 

 Locations: Georgetown & Cynthiana 

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Enjoy a 4-day work week!

A Day In the Life Of

  • Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including photos, x-rays, and digital scans.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Provide annual HIPAA training to healthcare staff and ensure adherence to confidentiality requirements.
  • Orientation: Orient new healthcare staff regarding medical record completion, management, and confidentiality.
