Are you a master of organization with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Records Technician to play a key role in maintaining accurate patient records, safeguarding confidentiality, and supporting our warm, patient-centered office environment.

Locations: Georgetown & Cynthiana

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:20 AM – 4:50 PM | Enjoy a 4-day work week! Lunch 1pm-2pm!

A Day In The Life Of

Maintained patient records
Capture diagnostic images and scans
Update treatment documentation
Ensure accurate organization of orthodontic patient information to support clinical care and treatment planning.

What You'll Bring To The Table

Highly organized
Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrates accuracy in maintaining patient records
Proficiency with digital imaging technology
A strong commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced orthodontic team environment.
Education- High School diploma/GED
