Our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists treat a wide range of conditions affecting the back, neck, nerves and joints, including:

 

Herniated or bulging discs

Degenerative disc disease

Sciatica and nerve pain

Spinal stenosis

Arthritis and joint pain

Neck and lower back pain

Post-surgical pain

Sports and work-related injuries

 

How you’ll contribute 

You’ll make an impact by assessing the patient’s condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing. 

 

  • Manages pain pumps

  • Works directly with physicians

  • Manages controlled substances

  • Manages 100 patients, and growing 

  • Input patient’s medication in system

  • Will put medications into intrathecal pump

  • Completes Refills

 

Qualifications and requirements 
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

  • One year of experience preferred

What we're looking for

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

  • License: Current RN to practice in the state of (KY)

  • Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS; National Certification in area of specialty or within 2 years of hire date 

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
