Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers at our Georgetown, Kentucky, operation.
This is an active, outdoor position where you will drive newly manufactured vehicles from the production plant to assigned parking locations. Throughout your shift, you can expect to walk approximately three to five miles, regularly enter and exit vehicles, and work outside in changing weather conditions.

What You'll Do
As a Vehicle Shuttle Driver, you will:
- Drive newly manufactured vehicles to designated parking areas
- Follow assigned routes and parking instructions
- Park vehicles accurately and safely
- Inspect vehicles and report visible damage or concerns
- Complete vehicle inventory and tracking tasks
- Walk approximately three to five miles during a typical shift
- Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, and direct sunlight
- Communicate with team members to maintain an efficient flow of vehicles
- Follow all company, customer, and facility safety procedures
What You'll Need
A current, valid state-issued driver's license
Ability to safely operate and park vehicles
Ability to work outdoors for the entire shift
Ability to walk several miles and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
Dependable and consistent attendance
Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to follow detailed safety and parking instructions
A cooperative, team-focused attitude
