This role ensures full compliance with company policy and OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations, while leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES   Warehouse Operations & Inventory Oversee receiving, storage, and transfer of merchandise in accordance with company policy; maintain all required records Supervise routing, loading, and order preparation for shipment and delivery per customer instructions Plan and schedule inventory activities including cycle counting, auditing, and reporting; review and fill back orders Maintain warehouse security and grounds to reduce shrinkage; operate within budget and meet delivery timelines Fleet & Safety Management Supervise and schedule delivery vehicle maintenance; maintain a preventive maintenance program Verify forklift and truck operators remain in regulatory compliance at all times Identify and correct hazardous conditions; enforce safety regulations and maintain required documentation Hold regular safety meetings to review issues, corrective actions, and training requirements Team Leadership & Development Manage supervisory staff; delegate responsibilities and hold team accountable to performance goals Collaborate with individuals to identify development areas, set goals, and create learning opportunities Provide coaching and monitor progress; foster a positive, informed team environment Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and standards expected of direct reports Problem Solving & Communication Recognize issues and opportunities; evaluate options and initiate action within a reasonable time Communicate clearly; facilitate agreement and summarize outcomes with defined next steps Establish goals aligned with company values and implement action plans with measurable results Resolve delivery complaints and conflict quickly and objectively; prioritize tasks and leverage available resources Standards & Accountability Oversee team work products to ensure high-quality, error-free output; initiate corrective action as needed Follow established procedures carefully and continuously improve processes and personal performance Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook     Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS   High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year in a similar position; 4 years preferred Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching required; ability to work in indoor and outdoor temperature conditions   BENEFITS   Eligible to enroll on the 1st of the month following 45 days of employment:     Medical, Dental & Vision   Short & Long-Term Disability   Life Insurance   Flexible Spending Account (FSA)   Telehealth   Gym Reimbursement   401(k) with Company Match   Free Surgery & Imaging Program*   Free Medications*   Delta Perks — Local Discounts   Discount Hub   Coverage available for families   * Free Surgery & Imaging and Free Medications programs are subject to eligibility and program terms.   Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
