 Position: Assembly Associate 
Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00PM 

Shift Differential: Additional pay offered for evening shift hours

This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition to regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Please note that initial training will take place on the morning shift (Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00pm ) for approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on experience and training progress.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Helping to assemble products and prepare dosimeters (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• .Handling materials and keeping your workstation stocked.
• Hitting productivity and quality targets—your hard work keeps us moving!
• Following safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
• Reporting any issues so we can tackle them together.
• Working as part of a team that supports each other every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a positive attitude—no experience required, just a willingness to learn!
• Someone who can stand, bend, and move around throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills for tracking and communication.
•  A high school diploma or GED.
