Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to support adults through scheduled telehealth sessions. This position emphasizes consistency, practical treatment planning, and ongoing client engagement, making it ideal for clinicians who value routine and focused therapeutic work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
  • Complete clinical evaluations and establish treatment objectives
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust therapeutic strategies
  • Comply with Vermont licensing and telehealth requirements
  • Active Vermont LCMHC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
  • Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
  • Strong organization and clinical decision-making skills
