What “ROCKS” about ICP? • Starting Pay: $24-30per hour • Year-Round work, out of the elements • Weekly pay • Overtime available weekly (Monday-Friday work week) • Stay Local, be home every night with your family • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Steel Toe Boot and Safety Glasses Reimbursement Program • Safety Incentives and Milestone Recognition for your achievements • Fun, team-focused Company Events • Advancement and leadership opportunities in a growing company • Paid time-off • Willing to train • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) opportunities. • Check out some of our projects at internationalconcrete.com Key Responsibilities in Concrete Production & Construction • Fabricate wood parts for molds to create high end precast concrete wall panels. • Daily Set-up of forms • Utilizes rough and finish carpentry skills alike, perfect for people coming from many skilled trades such as Finish Carpenters, Framers, Roofers, Siders, Cabinet Makers, and even Machinist operators • Housekeeping • Utilizes Hand Tools, Air Tools and Power tools • Saw Stop Industrial Table Saw operation • Constant use of tape measures and other measuring tools • Blueprint reading/interpretation • Being a high energy team player • Utilizes Epoxies and other coatings Qualifications: • Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces. • Previous experience in concrete work, construction labor, or precast manufacturing is a plus. • 2-3 years of construction experience preferred. • Have a team-centered attitude. • Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus. • Tape measure and blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
