Compensation & Bonuses:
- Weekly Average: $1,300 – $1,600
- Top Earners: Our top 20% of drivers consistently hit $1,800+ per week.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- Pay Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Additional $0.03 CPM monthly.
- Additional Pay: Paid orientation, detention, layover, and breakdown.
Schedule & Equipment:
- Home Time: 12 days on / 2 full days off.
- Miles: 2,300 – 3,000 miles per week.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook).
- Trucks: Late-model 2022+ Freightliners & Kenworths.

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
- 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience.
- Clean driving record (No DUI last 5 years; No SAP).
