Pittman Physical Therapy | Germantown, TN
Pittman Physical Therapy is looking for an experienced, motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our Germantown clinic as Clinic Director.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient care, naturally takes ownership, and is ready to lead a team while helping drive the growth and success of a clinic.
What You'll Do
As Clinic Director, you'll help oversee the day-to-day performance and culture of the Germantown clinic while continuing to provide excellent patient care within your scope of practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a DPT or PTA
- Lead, support, and motivate the clinic team
- Help maintain a positive, accountable, team-focused culture
- Monitor scheduling, patient volume, clinic performance, and operational goals
- Support patient retention and an excellent patient experience
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency and growth
- Build relationships within the Germantown community
- Collaborate closely with Pittman leadership
- Help ensure documentation and clinic operations meet company and regulatory standards
- Address day-to-day challenges and help keep the clinic moving forward
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident clinically and excited about leadership.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is a licensed DPT or PTA in Tennessee, or eligible for Tennessee licensure
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
- Enjoys leading and supporting a team
- Is patient-focused and committed to excellent care
- Can recognize problems and take initiative to solve them
- Is motivated by clinic growth, performance, and team success
Previous leadership or management experience is preferred, but we are also open to a strong clinician who is ready to take the next step in their career.
