Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will provide critical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and enabling greater independence. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.
  • Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress.
  • Encourage and support participation in community activities and social events.
  • Document client activities and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all individuals served.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in direct support or healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
