Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide support and care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The DSP will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster community inclusion. • Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
• Support community participation and social engagement activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress.
• Provide emotional support and promote positive relationships.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families for holistic care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Pay Rate $18-$20 per hour
