Description
Oversee monthly financial statements for 4–5 assigned locations, including journal entry approvals and reconciliation reviews. Provide accounting support to teams as needed. Prepare monthly segment performance reports. Monitor and analyze capital project spending, ensuring alignment with budgets. Review quarterly audit lead sheets for assigned locations. Ensure all external audit requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain compliance with internal control standards for both your responsibilities and those of your assigned locations. Support SOX and internal control testing as required. Assist with the transition to Oracle EPM, including participating in design sessions, training workshops, and user testing. Lead and coordinate efforts to standardize processes to support operational efficiency and strong business controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree (preferably in business, accounting or finance) CPA designation or working towards one preferred 5-7 years experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience with Sarbanes Oxley controls preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Oracle financial systems preferred and must be proficient in MS Office Supervisory experience preferred
