Position Overview

Gehl Food & Beverage is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to support the development and commercialization of food and beverage products. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates
  • Manage low-complexity commercialization projects
  • Maintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and Smartsheet
  • Identify risks and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standard

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Food & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
