Join our team as a dedicated Assistant District Attorney (ADA) and make a difference in our community. In this role, you will represent the Commonwealth's interests and play a pivotal part in ensuring justice is served. From the early stages of investigations through prosecution, sentencing, and post-sentence motions, you will be an integral part of each assigned case. Help us maintain law and order while advocating for the rights of victims and society as a whole.

Ideal candidates should possess a clean criminal and disciplinary record, disclosing any prior charges, convictions, or actions. Applicants must also be in good standing and admitted to practice before the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing diverse criminal cases, such as domestic disputes, child abuse, narcotics, sexual assaults, major crimes, elder abuse, and DUI.
  • Developing trial strategies, negotiating pleas, and conducting legal research.
  • Collaborating with law enforcement and preparing witnesses for trial.
  • Acting as a legal resource for police and lawyers, as well as participating in community outreach.
  • Maintaining clear communication with all parties involved in a case.
