Outpatient Nutrition Services:

Responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients across the lifespan with personalized nutrition counseling.
Offers guidance on lifestyle changes to manage health conditions including but not limited to: diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and autoimmune conditions.
Collaborates with other members of healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
May include participation in community events and nutrition classes.

General Summary

Provides medical nutrition therapy (MNT) in an inpatient or outpatient setting. MNT includes assessing, planning, and monitoring all nutrition related care. Ensures quality care, patient satisfaction and good public relations.
