Position Overview

 

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Technical Advisor to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The Intelligence Technical Advisor will play an essential facilitation role, enabling cross-organizational collaboration, supporting the stand‑up of new mission areas, and helping teams align analytic efforts with NASIC’s enterprise priorities. This position is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional skilled in coordinating activities, shaping processes, and supporting diverse stakeholders in fast-paced analytic environments.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the establishment and coordination of new mission programs by helping define structure, workflows, and processes that support effective collaboration and mission execution.• Support identification, development, and refinement of analytic, system, and process strategies that strengthen long-term mission effectiveness.• Coordinate working group activities, ensuring participants remain aligned, informed, and equipped to contribute to pilot analytic processes and priority intelligence tasks.• Enable integration across squadrons and partner organizations by maintaining communication channels, synchronizing timelines, and ensuring shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.• Assist with development of clear, professional communication products used for senior leader engagements, helping teams articulate progress, priorities, and enterprise impacts.• Support creation and implementation of secure dissemination models that broaden customer access to mission products.• Contribute to documentation efforts, including development of scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks that support consistency and repeatability across future programs.• Provide analytic or technical consultation as needed to help teams refine approaches, align with mission requirements, and deliver high-impact intelligence products.

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, physical sciences, or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of the Air Force as an ISR professional• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and support alignment across complex organizational environments• Strong communication skills, especially in coordinating diverse stakeholders and preparing materials for executive audiences• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work independently with minimal daily guidance

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, operations research, business administration, management, or international relations• Familiarity with NASIC intelligence production processes and collaborative workflows• Experience supporting the stand-up of new mission programs or analytic initiatives• Experience developing communication packages, dissemination pathways, or process documentation

 

 

Global Comp

$110,000- $135,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
