Automated Health Systems is hiring Customer Service Representatives for remote positions, with a requirement to pick up in Pittsburgh, PA.
The part-time hours are from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a preference for those with health/human services experience and knowledge of Medicaid.

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote however you will be required to pick up in Pittsburgh, PA.

Hours: Part Time 1:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with information and support regarding benefits.
Providing accurate and consistent information.
Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
Strong PC proficiency required.
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
Bilingual skills a plus.
