Job DetailsJob Location: Gibson City, IL 60936Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 HourlyHOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:  Regular full time, 30 - 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:00 pm JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS  Applicant must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated with great attention to detail. Applicant will be responsible for assisting with direct patient care duties, such as obtaining vital signs, as well as clerical duties such as answering the phone, assisting with referrals, collecting & entering patient information. Applicant must be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, maintaining patient confidentiality. Applicant must have an active CNA license. Experience working with patients age 65 and older is preferred but not required.   QualificationsApplicant must have an active CNA license.
