We are hiring full‑time and part‑time technicians, and welcome applicants who are retired or semi‑retired and looking for steady, rewarding work in a supportive environment.   What You’ll Do Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections Troubleshoot issues involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency Complete work orders professionally and in a timely manner Collaborate with a dedicated facilities team committed to excellence and service HVAC experience is a plus — but if you don’t have it, we will train you.
