The Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by assisting in the cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.


What you'll do:

  • Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications
  • Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Measure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other tools
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to production and inventory
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end-of-day cleanup
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
  • Support team members to meet daily production goals
  • Perform additional duties as needed

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfort working with hand tools and production equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a related field
  • Experience operating saws, cutting equipment, or fabrication machinery
  • Familiarity with blueprints or technical drawings
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs as required)
  • Comfortability with working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Ability to work working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions if necessary
  • Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or overtime if necessary
