About the Position
Power Design is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Learning & Development. This role is more than administrative—it’s a strategic partnership that helps drive priorities, streamline operations, and ensure our Learning & Development initiatives run seamlessly.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and commitments aligned with business priorities.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, leadership sessions, and team events.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across Learning & Development initiatives.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Draft, edit, and format communications, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a key liaison between the VP, L&D team, and cross-functional partners.
- Assist with collecting and preparing data for reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive or administrative capacity, preferably in HR, L&D, or a people-centric function.
- Associate’s level degree or higher required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and solve problems independently.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting people and teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, LMS platforms, project tracking tools, or reporting dashboards is a plus
